San Francisco, USA & Nairobi, Kenya (17/08/2022) Angaza, a global leader in pay-as-you-go technology and services, today announced the appointment of Ali Hussein Kassim as its newest Non-Executive Board Member. Ali Hussein, a well-respected advocate in African fintech, digital transformation, and technology regulatory policy, will add his extensive Pan-African fintech experience to the continued growth and success of Angaza.

Ali Hussein was recently appointed to serve on the board of the Africa Fintech Network as an Executive Board Member. He is also the Chairman of the Association of FinTechs in Kenya, and on the Board of Trustees, Kenya ICT Action Network. Furthermore, Ali is an active member of the National Technical Committee of the Kenya National Innovation Agency, and the Kenya Tourism Promotion Fund. He holds an Executive MBA, in Leadership and International Business Development, from Copenhagen Business School.
